CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
-- STOCKTON -- At around 11:41 p.m. Saturday, deputies responded to an altercation. Through an investigation it was found that 35-year-old, Zachary P. Kemp did intentionally damage and tamper with another person’s property. Kemp was also found to be in possession of a rifle at the time of the arrest. He was taken into custody without issue and was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for Centralized Arraignment on charges of fourth-degree criminal mischief, third-degree criminal tampering and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
-- Trent J. Chapman, 21, of Jamestown was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated and second-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
At approximately 11:37 p.m. Saturday, officers Jamestown Police Department’s third platoon conducted a traffic stop near West Second and Cherry streets. Through an investigation, it was
determined that the driver of the vehicle, Chapman, was operating the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Additionally, officers discovered that Chapman was in possession of a loaded revolver that was stored on his person.
Chapman was taken into custody and transported to the Jamestown City Jail without further incident and held pending arraignment in the Jamestown City Jail.
-- Kenneth Mosely Sr., 44, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree assault.
Around 4 a.m. Sunday, officers responded to a report of an in progress domestic incident at an East side residence. On scene officers met with the victim who had suffered injuries to their head. Upon further investigation it was discovered the victim had suffered the injuries as a result of a physical altercation with Mosely. He was then placed into custody and transported to the
Jamestown City Jail and held overnight pending arraignment.
-- Matthew T. Goon, 36, of Jamestown, was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
At about 5 p.m., officers were dispatched to a business parking lot on the South East side of the city for a suspicious situation complaint. Through investigation, it was discovered the operator of the vehicle, Goon, was in possession of a quantity of a controlled substance, as well as operating the vehicle while impaired by drugs. He was taken into custody and held pending arraignment.
-- Jose L. Tochimani Garmon, 22, of Jamestown, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, second-degree unlawful imprisonment and third-degree assault.
At approximately 7 p.m. Friday, officers responded to a southside address for a reported domestic incident. Through investigation, officers determined that Garmon committed a series of crimes during a domestic dispute. Garmon caused more than $1,000 in damage to the household and prevented the victim from leaving the residence safely, and struck the victim multiple times, causing physical injury. Garmon was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Jamestown City Jail, where he was held pending arraignment.
-- Frank A. Strohauer, 25, of Jamestown was picked up as a fugitive of justice.
At around 6:53 p.m. Friday, officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of Allen and Institute streets for an observed traffic infraction. Through investigation officers identified
the male passenger to be Strohauer, who had an outstanding warrant out of Warren, Pa. He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Jamestown City Jail. He was held pending arraignment in Jamestown City Court.
