LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE
– Keanu C. Perez, 25, and Brooke M. Deponceau, 36, both of Jamestown, were each charged with one count of petit larceny at 5:25 p.m. Thursday after officers responded to Walmart in Lakewood for a reported shoplifting complaint. Perez and Deponceau allegedly left all points of sale with unpaid merchandise. They will be in Busti Town Court later.
JAMESTOWN POLICE
– Samantha J. Lugo, 25, of Jamestown was charged with first-degree criminal contempt at 3:15 p.m. Thursday after officers were checking behind a business on the south east side of the city for an unrelated trespassing complaint. When officers pulled behind the business they allegedly saw Lugo sitting next to a man who has a full stay away order of protection against her. Lugo was taken to the city jail, where it was found she had been convicted of first-degree criminal contempt in the past, making the new charge a felony. Lugo was kept in the city jail until she could be arraigned.
