JAMESTOWN POLICE
– Tysean L. Mays, 21, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree imprisonment at 1 p.m. Wednesday after officers responded to a west side home for a report of a physical domestic dispute on W. Fifth St. Upon arrival, officers allegedly saw Mays pulling a pregnant woman into the residence by her hair. Officers chased Mays into the residence, and were able to separate the two individuals. Mays allegedly continued to fight with officers on scene and was taken into custody. Mays was also charged with second-degree harassment and resisting arrest. He was taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned.
– – Caleb E. Dellahoy, 18, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree criminal contempt at 11:33 a.m. Thursday after officers responded to an address on the city’s east side to assist probation officers with a warrant check. Upon arrival officers made contact with Dellahoy, who was taken into custody on outstanding
bench warrants from Jamestown City Court. Dellahoy was also allegedly found in the presence of a protected party of a stay away order of protection. Dellahoy was taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE
– Randall S. Crocker, 45, was charged with petit larceny and third-degree burglary at 4:15 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday. On Wednesday, officers responded to the Lakewood Walmart for a report of a shoplifting in progress. Crocker allegedly put items in his cart and left the store without paying. Crocker was found and charged while also being issued a trespass notice. On Wednesday, officers responded again to Walmart for a reported shoplifting and charged Crocker with petit larceny and burglary because he was previously trespassed from the store. Crocker was released with an appearance ticket to be in Busti Town Court later.
