WESTFIELD POLICE
– WESTFIELD – Roman J. Weaver of Westfield was charged with second-degree criminal contempt at 1:23 p.m. Monday after officers were dispatched to a Westfield home for a report of an unwanted person. Weaver allegedly was violating an order of protection. He was charged and taken to the Chautauqua County Jail to be arraigned through the Centralized Arraignment Part program. He will be in court later.
JAMESTOWN POLICE
– Mary E. Hetrick, 38, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree felony criminal mischief at 11:38 p.m. Monday after officers responded to an east side home for a domestic dispute. Hetrick allegedly damaged property belonging to another person valued at more than $250. She was charged and taken to the city jail until she could be arraigned.
– Randall S. Crocker, 45, homeless, was charged with second-degree falsely reporting an incident at 12:24 a.m. Tuesday after allegedly pulling the fire alarm in the Jamestown Police Department reception area after having been released from the city jail about 30 minutes prior. Crocker was released for a second time with an appearance ticket to be in Jamestown City Court later.
