WESTFIELD POLICE
– WESTFIELD – Kyle R. Markham of Westfield was charged Sept. 7 at 6:43 a.m. with fourth-degree criminal mischief after Westfield police officers responded to a report of a disorderly man. Markham allegedly punched a house window, causing it to shatter. Markham was taken to the county jail for centralized arraignment.
JAMESTOWN POLICE
– Dustin A. Turner, 35, of Jamestown was charged with DWAI drugs and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 3:55 a.m. Sunday after officers pulled a vehicle over near Barker Street and Foote Avenue. Turner was allegedly driving the vehicle while his ability was impaired by drugs and Turner was also allegedly found with cocaine. Turner was taken to the city jail, where he was arraigned and released with a ticket to be in Jamestown City Court later.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE
– LAKEWOOD – Gracie M. Monroe, 19, of Spartansburg, Pa., was charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child and reckless driving after officers responded to the Chautauqua Mall at 5:26 p.m. Sunday for a report of youths on the roof of a moving vehicle. Officers reportedly found the vehicle with two youths hanging out the window and one youth on the roof of the fast-moving vehicle. Monroe was charged and will be in Busti Town Court later.
