LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE
– Devven L. Fletcher, 41, of Jamestown was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle and inadequate lights after officers pulled a vehicle over at 9:15 p.m. Thursday on Fairmount Avenue after officers saw a vehicle being driven without lights. Officers allegedly smelled a strong odor of burnt cannabis coming from the vehicle and reportedly saw a half-smoked joint in the center console of the vehicle. Officers also reportedly saw a small vile and baggies with a white powdery substance that was allegedly determined later to by 3.61 grams of cocaine. Fletcher was charged and taken to the Lakewood-Busti Police Department for processing. Fletcher will be in Busti Town Court later.
– Ann F. Hannold, 48, of Jamestown was charged with petit larceny and third-degree burglary at 9:45 p.m. Thursday after officers responded to the Lakewood Walmart for a reported shoplifter. Hannold allegedly concealed items and left the store without paying, and had also allegedly been trespassed from the store previously. Hannold will be in Busti Town Court later.
CARROLL POLICE
– Benjamin Pennington, 43, of Frewsburg, was charged with second-degree unlawful imprisonment at 7:50 p.m. Wednesday. He was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment to be in Carroll Town Court later.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
Adrian L. Smith, 41, of Uniondale, N.Y., was charged with third-degree criminal mischief at 3:06 p.m. Tuesday after deputies responded to a report of a criminal mischief on Erie Street in Mayville. Smith will be in Chautauqua Town Court later.
JAMESTOWN POLICE
– Paul V. Galindo, 31, of California was charged with aggravated DWI (.18% BAC or higher) after officers responded to a request to check the well being of a person at 11:20 p.m. Aug. 28 on the city’s south side. Galindo was allegedly driving while intoxicated. He will be in Jamestown City Court later.
ELLICOTT POLICE
– Becky L. Donisi, 46, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree grand larceny, third-degree grand larceny and fourth-degree grand larceny on Sept. 1. Ellicott police responded to a fraud complaint in March 2026 and conducted a several months long investigation where it is alleged Donisi, who was employed by the victims, accessed the victim's bank account and credit card account, allegedly taking more than $100,000 dollars in a 10-month time frame. Donisi was charged and taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for a centralized arraignment. Donisi will be in Ellicott Town Court later.
– Thomas M. Badgley, 55, no permanent address, was charged with petit larceny on August 28 at 11:44 a.m. Ellicott police responded to a past-tense domestic dispute, where it is alleged Badgley took prescription medication belonging to the victim and then fled the scene. Badgley turned himself in at the Ellicott Police Department and was released with an appearance ticket to be in Ellicott Town Court later.
– Brandon E. Fogle, 43, of Jamestown was charged with a violation of Navigation Law for Reckless Operation and operating a vessel while ability impaired by drugs on Sept. 2 at 10:01 a.m. Ellicott police responded to a navigation complaint where a boater was in distress and had jumped into Chautauqua Lake in Celoron. It is alleged Fogle was recklessly operating the vessel and ended up jumping out of the vessel into the lake after he could not get the boat to start again. Fogle was assisted out of the water and through investigation officers determined he was under the influence of a drug. Fogle will be in Ellicott Town Court later.
