– Michael R. Weldr, 43, of Mayville was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief at 9:30 a.m. Thursday after a domestic incident on Canada Road. Welder allegedly communicated electronic threats of harm to a woman and allegedly damaged property belonging to the woman. Welder was found at an address in the town of Chautauqua and was charged without incident. Weldr was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment and will be in Chautauqua Town Court later.
– Trever A. Jamison, 20, of Silver Creek was charged with petit larceny Wednesday after deputies were dispatched to a reported shoplifting on Aug. 5 from a Hanover business. Jamison allegedly stole property from the business. He was issued an appearance ticket Wednesday to be in Hanover Town Court later.
