CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
MINA -- On Sunday around 9:53 a.m., deputies were dispatched to a property damage accident on Interstate 86. Deputies identified an individual on scene as Henry B. Stovall Jr., 49, of Jamestown. Through investigation it was found that Stovall had an active warrant out of the State of Pennsylvania. Stovall was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail and charged with being a Fugitive of Justice. Stovall was being held in jail pending his extradition hearing back to Pennsylvania.
