LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE
– Jeremy M. Jones, 40, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree harassment at 12:19 p.m. Thursday after Lakewood-Busti police officers responded to a Busti property for a reported unwanted person. When officers arrived they were told the person had left. Officer found the individual and pulled over the vehicle he was driving. Jones was charged and taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment. He will be in Busti Town Court later.
JAMESTOWN POLICE
– Crystal A. Finstad, 21, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree criminal contempt at 1:16 a.m. Friday after officers responded to UPMC Chautauqua for a reported domestic dispute taking place in a vehicle. Officers found Finstad was allegedly in violation of a valid stay away order of protection with the other person. Finstad was charged and taken to the city jail until she could be arraigned.
