CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

– HANOVER – Daniel L. Kessler, 40, of Sinclairville, was charged with failure to stop at a stop sign, DWI and DWI per se at 11:28 p.m. Tuesday after deputies pulled a vehicle over on Alleghany Road and Iola Drive. Kessler was taken to the Sheriff’s Office substation and later released with tickets to be in Hanover Town Court later.

JAMESTOWN POLICE

– Two Warren residents facing fugitive from justice charges while a Jamestown woman wanted on a City Court bench warrant were all taken to the city jail after officers patrolling the area of English Street and Allen Street saw Amanda D. Ferguson, 42, of Jamestown, knowing she had an active bench warrant. Two people who were with Ferguson allegedly had active warrants from Warren, Pa., for possession of a controlled substance. Caroline Frampton, 33, of Warren, and Michael S. Reynolds, 50, of Warren were both charged with being a fugitive from justice while Reynolds was also charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance after police allegedly found him in possession of a small amount of methamphetamine. All three were taken to the city jail until they could be arraigned.
