CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
– WESTFIELD – Julie L. Kelsey, 32, of Westfield, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child at noon Monday after a child was found wandering along Route 394 in the town of Chautauqua. Kelsey allegedly did not provide appropriate supervision of the child. She will be in Chautauqua Town Court later.
– CHERRY CREEK – Jonathan Z. Scinta, 38, of Cherry Creek was charged with petit larceny after an alleged incident at 1 p.m. July 4 on Main Street in Cherry Creek. Through an investigation deputies charged Scinta, who allegedly took property that did not belong to him. An appearance ticket was issued Monday for Scinta to be in Cherry Creek Town Court later.
