JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

-- Alyshialynn Ryan, 21, of Jamestown was charged with driving while intoxicated and other traffic tickets on Saturday.

At 12:05 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop at Allen and Maple streets. A subsequent investigation revealed that Ryan, a resident of Jamestown, was operating the vehicle while intoxicated. Ryan was taken into custody and transported to the Jamestown City Jail.

She was released on an appearance ticket and is to be in Jamestown City Court on a later date.

-- Amy E. Elliott, 40, of Jamestown was charged with aggravated DWI and other traffic tickets early Saturday.

At approximately 12:05 a.m., officers conducted a traffic stop at Cherry and West Seventh streets. A subsequent investigation revealed Elliott was operating the vehicle while intoxicated. Elliott was taken into custody and transported to the Jamestown City Jail.

She was released on ticket and is to be in Jamestown City Court later.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE

-- ASHVILLE -- Loud music led to a disorderly conduct charge late Saturday. Officers report arriving at 1151 Wellman Road around 10:26 p.m. and charged Matthew Foster. He will answer charges in Busti Town Court later.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT

-- HANOVER -- At 2:41 p.m. Saturday, the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop on Routes 5 and 20 in the Town of Hanover. The operator was identified as Justin D Legere, 42. Further investigation found Legere was driving while intoxicated. He was taken into custody and also charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, failure to signal turn, moving from lane unsafely and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Legere will answer his charges at a later date and time in the Town of Hanover Court.
