JAMESTOWN POLICE
– Oscar L. Allen, 29, of Jamestown was charged with five counts of endangering the welfare of a child, third-degree assault, second-degree imprisonment and second-degree harassment at 10:30 p.m. Wednesday after officers responded to a north side home for a reported domestic incident. Upon arrival, officers spoke with a person who said Allen had allegedly pinned her down, preventing her from leaving. The woman said Allen hit and bit her, causing physical injuries. The incident allegedly took place with five youths in the home. Allen was found a short distance away, charged and taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
– SINCLAIRVILLE – Tiffiny Borkowski, 33, and Stephen Traver, 41, both of Sinclairville were charged at 9 a.m. Thursday with endangering the welfare of a child after deputies responded to a home on Old Chautauqua Road, Sinclairville, to execute an eviction warrant. During the process, deputies discovered conditions leading to allegations against Borkowski and Traver. It’s alleged that both individuals acted in a manner likely to injure the physical, mental or moral welfare of a child. Borkowski and Traver were each issued appearance tickets for four counts of endangering the welfare of a child and will be in Gerry Town Court later.
