LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE
Deana E. Jimerson, 51, was arrested after bench warrant was issued by the Busti Town Court after Jimerson allegedly took property from the Lakewood Walmart without paying. Jimerson was charged without incident, processed and released to be in Busti Town Court later.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
HANOVER – Dylan A. Foster, 33, of Silver Creek was charged with DWI, aggravate DWI (BAC .18% or higher) and moving from lane unsafely at 9:24 p.m. Wednesday after a traffic stop on Routes 5 and 20. Foster will be in Hanover Town Court later.
