JAMESTOWN POLICE
– Todd Dellahoy Jr., 28, of Jamestown was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance after officers on patrol saw Dellahoy Jr. riding a bicycle knowing he had outstanding warrants for his arrest. Dellahoy Jr. was charged without incident, and officers reported allegedly finding Dellahoy Jr. in possession of fentanyl. Dellahoy Jr. was taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
– SHERMAN – Richard Nelson, 21, of Davenport, Fla., was charged with DWI, DWI per se, unlawful operation of an ATV on a highway and unregistered ATV at 3:46 a.m. Sunday on Route 430 in Sherman after a traffic stop. Nelson will be in Sherman Town Court later.
– SHERMAN – Olivia S. Crandall, 39, of Corry was charged with aggravated DWI (blood-alcohol content .18% or higher), DWI and cited for no stopping,/standing/parking on highway at 1:53 a.m. Saturday after a traffic stop on Hart Street in the village of Sherman. Crandall will be in Sherman Town Court later.
– Shannon M. Smith, 43, of Ripley was charged with aggravated DWI (blood-alcohol content .18% or higher), DWI, consumption/alcohol in motor vehicle, and moved from lane unsafely at 10:39 p.m. Friday on Route 60 in Gerry after deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident. Smith will be in Gerry Town Court later.
