Four charged after raids on Lincoln, Thayer streets

Four Jamestown residents face charges after a search warrants were executed at two Jamestown apartments on Thursday.

Narcotics Investigators from the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office and Jamestown Police Department executed the search warrants at 220 Lincoln St., Apt. 3, and at 109 Thayer St., Apt. 2, Jamestown. According to a police report, investigators seized more than 29 grams of fentanyl, 1.2 grams of methamphetamine, cocaine, scales and packaging material for the sale and distribution of narcotics and $1,054 during the two raids.

From the search at 220 Lincoln St., Fernando Velazquez-Nazario and Destinee French were charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia. Lovella Kellom was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. From the search at 109 Thayer St., Phillip Mckeown was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia.

Kellom was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Jamestown City Court at a later date. Velazquez-Nazario, French and Mckeown were transported to Jamestown Police Department to be arraigned in City Court. The investigations for both locations are still on going with the possibility of additional arrests.
