JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
– Steven C. Cabisca, 53, of Jamestown, was charged June 9 with being a fugitive from justice. According to police, at about 9:10 p.m., officers responded to a disturbance at a westside address. Upon arrival, police said, officers made contact with Cabisca, who had an active probation warrant from the state of Pennsylvania for possession of a controlled substance. Cabisca was placed into custody, and taken to Jamestown City Jail.
– Isaiah L. Conyer, 46, of Jamestown, was charged June 9 with second-degree criminal contempt while Jaidyn Conyer, 26, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration. According to police, at about 5:51 p.m., officers responded to a reported domestic dispute on the west side. Upon investigation, police said, it was discovered that Isaiah Conyer allegedly violated an order of protection. Isaiah was placed into custody without incident, and taken to the city jail. Also, during the course of the argument, police said, Jaidyn allegedly interfered with the investigation by yelling at officers, and not allowing officers to speak with the victim. Jaidyn was placed into custody, and was taken to the city jail. Both will be in Jamestown City Court later.
