JAMESTOWN POLICE

– Gavyn R. Haskins, 23, of Jamestown was charged with DWI and traffic citations after officers working on a GIVE detail pulled a vehicle over near East Second and Bowen streets at 7:23 p.m. Saturday. Haskins was allegedly intoxicated. He will be in Jamestown City Court later.

– William G. Johnson, 54, of Jamestown was charged with DWI, DWI per se and traffic citations after officers working on a GIVE detail pulled a vehicle over at 10:47 p.m. on the city’s east side for an alleged traffic infraction. Johnson was charge dand released with tickets to be in city court later.

– Esai I. Vazquez, 28, of Jamestown was charged with DWI at 1:50 a.m. Sunday after a traffic stop at East Fifth and Spring streets. Vazquez was allegedly intoxicated and allegedly had several active bench warrants from Jamestown City Court. He was taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned.

– Charles E. Kingsley, 40, of Jamestown was charged with public lewdness at 12:13 p.m. Feb. 25 after officers investigated a past-tense sex offense/suspicious situation complaint. Kingsley allegedly had exposed himself and was acting in a lewd manner while at his place of work around other employees. Kingsley was taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned, at which point he was released to be in court later.

– Richard L. Barr, 50, of Jamestown was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 12:43 p.m. Feb. 27 after officers saw Barr in the Brooklyn Square area knowing Barr had active arrest warrants issued by Jamestown City Court. Barr was also allegedly found with methamphetamine. He was taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned.
