JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

– Roberto Figueroa, 44, was charged Jan. 18, with third-degree assault. According to police, at about 12:40 p.m., officers responded to a westside address for a reported domestic dispute. Upon arrival, officers located Figueroa attempting to get into a vehicle. It was discovered that he allegedly punched a female victim on her back, causing injury. Figueroa was placed into custody, and was taken to Jamestown City Jail. He will be in Jamestown City Court later.

– Cody E. Reichenbach, 32, of Jamestown was charged Jan. 22 with resisting arrest, felony warrant for second-degree burglary, and third-degree criminal mischief. According to police, at about 9:30 a.m., JPD officers along with Chautauqua County Probation officers responded to a Northside address in an attempt to locate Reichenbach who was wanted for an alleged probation violation related to the burglary and criminal mischief. Officers confirmed that he was inside the residence, but police said, he allegedly refused multiple verbal commands to. Officers forced entry into the bedroom where Reichenbach was located, and after a brief struggle, placed him into custody, and he was taken to the city jail. Reichenbach will be in city court later.

– Serina L. Penhollow, 35, of Jamestown was charged Jan. 22 with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child. According to police, at about 5:11 p.m., officers responded to a Northside residence following reports of children potentially living in deplorable conditions. During the investigation it was found that Penhollow had three children under the age of 17 allegedly living in deplorable conditions with feces, trash, and other garbage strewn about the home. She was placed into custody without incident and taken to city jail. Penhollow will be in city court later.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT

– Jason W. Abram, 36, of the town of Portland, was charged Jan. 21 with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, failure to keep right, and speeding. According to officials, at about 4:37 p.m., deputies responded to a motor vehicle accident on Woleben Road in the town of Portland. The driver was identified as Abram. After investigation, it was determined that Abram allegedly was operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Abram was later released with a ticket, and will be in Portland Town Court later.
