CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

– Daryl D. Dunagan, 57, of Georgetown, NY has been charged with petit larceny. On Dec. 9 around 6 p.m. deputies responded to a business on Shortman Road in the town of Ripley for a past tense shoplifting complaint. It is alleged that Dunagan took merchandise and consumable goods from the business on multiple occasions. On Thursday he was issued an appearance ticket and will return to Ripley Town Court at a later date.

– Dominic R. Jamison, 23, of Hanover was charged Friday with Driving While Intoxicated, DWI per se, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, failure to keep right, and moving from lane unsafely. Around 2:30 a.m. deputies were called to King Road/Rt. 394, Hanover for a report of a motor vehicle accident. Deputies allege that Jamison left the scene and was charged following an investigation. He will answer to the charges in Hanover Town Court at a later date.

– Travis W Garske, 55, of Ripley was charged Saturday with felony DWI, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, and speeding in a 55 mph zone following a traffic stop around 6:45 p.m. on Loomis Road/Rt. 20, in the town of Ripley. He will answer to the charges in Ripley Town Court at a later date.

– Jason M. Thorpe, 38, of Tiona, Pa. was charged Saturday with DWI, speed not reasonable and prudent, and moving from lane unsafely after deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident on Rt. 394 in the town of Chautauqua around 7:45 p.m. He will answer to the charges in Chautauqua Town Court at a later date.

– Michael L. Lyons, 60, of Cranberry, Pa. was charged Saturday with DWI, DWI Per Se, and no turn signal following a traffic stop around 9:20 p.m. on Rt. 426 in the town of French Creek. He will answer to the charges in French Creek Town Court at a later date.
