CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT
— ARKWRIGHT — Around 7:59 p.m. Thursday, deputies were made aware of an in progress order of protection violation. Through an investigation it was determined that Dakota S. Sugg, 30, of Dunkirk was actively violating a full stay away order of protection when he made numerous phone calls to the protected party in the presence of the deputies. Deputies were able to locate Sugg a short time later and while placing him into custody had located a small quantity of crack cocaine on his person. Sugg was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for CAP arraignment and will return to the Town of Arkwright court and the City of Dunkirk for his charges.
— CHAUTAUQUA — At about 8:05 p.m. Thursday, deputies responded to a call of a disorderly person in the town. After an investigation Gabe J Seyler, 34, of Mayville was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment. Seyler was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Chautauqua Court at a later date.
