JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

– Kedrin D. Murphy, 37, of Jamestown, was charged Nov. 10 with four counts of second-degree criminal contempt, second-degree criminal trespass, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. According to police, at 2:01 a.m., officers responded to a westside address for a reported domestic dispute. Through investigation, it was found that Murphy allegedly had violated four orders of protection, and also had an arrest warrant for violating the same four orders of protection. Murphy was also found to be in alleged possession of a quantity of cocaine. Murphy was placed into custody without incident, and was taken to Jamestown City Jail. He will be in Jamestown City Court later.

– Parker Duckett, 18, no address given, was charged Nov. 10 with fourth-degree criminal mischief. According to police, at 12:08 a.m., officers responded to a Northside address for a reported domestic incident. Upon arrival, it was found that Duckett allegedly damaged property belonging to the male victim in the residence. Duckett was placed into custody and taken to city jail. He will be in city court later.

– Donna J. Torres of Jamestown was charged Nov. 10 with attempted petit larceny, and fourth-degree criminal mischief. According to police, at about 5:50 p.m., officers responded to Tops Friendly Markets, 2000 Washington St., for a reported shoplifting. Upon arrival it was found that Torres allegedly damaged store merchandise to remove it from its original container to conceal the merchandise. Also, police said, it was found that Torres was allegedly trying to conceal more merchandise in an attempt to not pay for the items located. She was placed into custody without incident and taken to city jail. She will be in city court later.

– Daniel J. Cardinale, 22, of Jamestown, was charged Nov. 8 with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, and making an improper left turn. According to police, at about 2:30 a.m., after observing a traffic infraction, officers conducted a traffic stop on the south side. Police said officers made contact with Cardinale, who showed signs of impairment, and admitted to officers that he had left the Wine Cellar, 309 N. Main St. Cardinale was placed into custody and taken to city jail. He will be in city court later.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT

– Timothy Blakeslee, 37, of Westfield, was charged Nov. 10 with second-degree harassment, and resisting arrest. According to officials, at around 1:15 a.m., deputies responded to an altercation in the town of Westfield. Through investigation it was found that Blakeslee allegedly did subject another individual to unwanted physical contact. Once Blakeslee was advised he was being placed into custody he allegedly did resist arrest. Blakeslee was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail. He will be in Westfield Town Court later.

– Gavin D. Parker, 21, of Ripley, was charged Nov. 11 with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI, and speeding. According to officials, deputies were notified of a vehicle complaint on East Main Street in the Village of Westfield. While conducting an investigation, deputies located a vehicle that had matched the description of the vehicle. The operator was identified as Parker. Through investigation it was determined that Parker allegedly was driving while intoxicated. He was placed in custody and taken to county jail. He will be in Westfield Town Court later.
