ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT

– Todd A. Dellahoy Jr., 27 , no address given, was charged Nov. 1 with petit larceny. According to police, officers responded to a shoplifting complaint, where it is alleged Dellahoy shoplifted several items from an Ellicott business. After fleeing the scene, Dellahoy was arrested and placed into custody. He was transported to EPD for processing, and will be in town court later.

– Makiraha N. Marshall, 20, of Jamestown, was charged Nov. 3 with third-degree criminal mischief. According to police, officers responded to a destroyed property complaint, where it is alleged Marshall intentionally threw a cell phone off a second-story balcony, causing the phone to break. Marshall will be in town court later.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT

– Micayla L. Blair, 23, of Jamestown, was charged Oct. 30 with second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia. According to officials, at about 11:06 a.m., narcotics investigators from the Sheriff’s Department, Jamestown Police Department, and the Dunkirk Police Department executed a search warrant at 119 Williams St., in Jamestown. Blair was located inside the residence, and placed in custody. Upon further investigation, investigators seized 128.3 grams of methamphetamine, and scales used for the sale and distribution of narcotics. Blair was taken to Jamestown City Jail, and will be in Jamestown City Court later.

JAMESTOWN POLICE

DEPARTMENT

– Jennifer A. Glover, 41, of Jamestown, was charged Nov. 4 with second-degree criminal impersonation, resisting arrest, having an outstanding Jamestown arrest warrant, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, while Laval A. Johnson, 41, of Jamestown was charged with false personation, and having an outstanding arrest warrant. According to police, at about 1:45 a.m., officers observed a man and woman committing a vehicle and traffic law violation near the area of Hazzard and Axtel streets. Officers then performed a street check, Glover identified herself and it was found that she had a warrant. The warrant was confirmed, and officers attempted to place her into custody as she took off on foot. After a brief foot pursuit she was taken into custody. Upon further investigation, Glover was searched, and found to be in possession of a quantity of fentanyl. In an effort to evade capture for his warrant, Johnson allegedly gave officers a fake name. Johnson was placed into custody. Both were taken to city jail, and will be in city court later.
