CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT
– Jeremy J. Glasier, 41, of Fredonia was charged Nov. 1 with endangering the welfare of a child while Ashley M. Glasier, 38, of Fredonia was charged with endangering the welfare of a child. According to officials, at about noon Nov. 1, deputies were dispatched to an address in the Town Of Pomfret for a reported altercation. Upon further investigation it was determined that both were allegedly involved in a physical altercation with one another in the presence of children who are minors. Both were placed into custody, and taken to the Chautauqua County jail. Both will be in Pomfret Town Court later..
– Thomas J. Carlini, 57, of Twinsburg, Ohio was charged Nov. 2 with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, and driving in excess of 55 mph. According to officials, at about 9:52 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Route 430 in the town of Chautauqua. Through investigation, it was determined that Carlini was allegedly driving while intoxicated. Carlini was placed into custody and taken to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office for processing. Carlini will appear in the Town of Chautauqua Court later.
– Vanessa R. Stevens, 35, no address given, was charged Nov. 3 with trespassing and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. According to officials, at about 12:05 a.m., deputies responded to a report of a disorderly person at a Pomfret Town address. Upon further investigation, it was discovered that Stevens was allegedly trespassing and in possession of a controlled substance. Stevens was placed in custody and then released. She will be in Town Court later.
JAMESTOWN POLICE
DEPARTMENT
– Todd A. Dellahoy Jr., 27, of Jamestown was charged Nov. 2 with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia, along with several outstanding arrest warrants. According to police, at about 5:10 p.m., officers observed Dellahoy walking in the area of East Second Street. and Stowe Street. He was stopped, and upon further investigation, it was found that Dellahoy had several outstanding arrest warrants through the City of Jamestown. A search following the arrest allegedly revealed a small quantity of methamphetamine along with a scale. Dellahoy was placed into custody, and taken to Jamestown City Jail, and will be in Jamestown City Court later.
– Jesus Antonio Lao, 45, of Jamestown was charged Nov. 2 with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia, and tampering with physical evidence while Tatiana M. Lopez, 31, of Jamestown was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia and – Kemuel Velazquez-Torres, 27, of Jamestown was charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia. According to police, at about 9:30 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on the city’s north side due to observed equipment violations. Upon further investigation, it was discovered that Lao, Lopez, and Velazquez-Torres were allegedly in possession of Fentanyl and glassine envelopes. While officers finished a search of the vehicle, Lao, who was in the patrol car, allegedly opened a bag of crack-cocaine and attempted to eat, snort, and conceal it. While in the city jail it was also discovered that Lao was allegedly concealing 9.4 grams of crack cocaine inside of his buttocks, and that Velazquez-Torres had a quantity of hydrocodone pills without a prescription. Velasquez-Torres and Lopez were placed into custody while Lao was held pending arraignment. All three will appear in Jamestown City Court later.
