CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT

– Brian A. Little, 40, of Mayville, was charged Oct. 9 with second-degree harassment. According to officials, at about 10:42 p.m., deputies responded to a Mayville residence for a reported altercation. Upon arrival deputies made contact with Little. Upon further investigation it is alleged that Little made unwanted physical contact with another subject at the residence. Little was placed into custody and transported to the Sheriff’s Office for centralized arraignment. He will be Chautauqua Town Court later.

– Ian Paquin, 38, of Cassadaga, was charged Oct. 10 with third-degree criminal trespass, and second-degree obstructing governmental administration. According to officials, at about 1:49 a.m., deputies were called Cassadaga residence for a report of a homeless man unwanted on property. Deputies responded and removed Paquin, however, he returned a short time later. Deputies did attempt to detain Paquin and he allegedly refused to comply. Paquin was transported to a local hospital for evaluation of issues not resulting from the arrest and will appear in Stockton Town Court later.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT

– Tonya L. Earley, 47, of Jamestown, was charged Oct. 9 with four counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. According to police, at about 8:38 p.m., officers were checking the area behind the village center in Lakewood when a female was seen crouching down behind an electrical box behind the building. Officers made contact with Earley who at the time was allegedly consuming narcotics. She was placed in custody and will be in Busti Town Court later.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

– Anthony L. Jordan, 56, of Jamestown was charged Oct. 9 with fourth-degree criminal possession of weapon, and an outstanding Jamestown City Court warrant, while Michelle D. Pattison, 54, of Jamestown was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. According to police, at about 4:56 p.m., officers conducted a traffic stop on the southside of the city. Upon further investigation it was found that Pattison was the driver, and Jordan was the passenger, and Jordan had an outstanding court felony warrant. Pattison and Jordan also were allegedly found to be in possession of plastic knuckles, and additionally Pattison was allegedly found to be in possession of 7.9 grams of methamphetamine. Both were placed into custody and taken to Jamestown City Jail. Both will be in city court later.

– Tyler J. Langworthy, 33, no address given, was charged Oct. 9 with two counts of second-degree menacing. According to police, officers responded to the area of Lakeview Avenue and Van Buren Street for a report of a person with a weapon. Upon further investigation it was found that Langworthy allegedly menaced two victims causing them to fear for their safety. He was placed in custody and will be in city court later.
