CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
– PORTLAND – Itzamarie G. Rose, 25, of Falconer was charged Tuesday with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, and backing unsafely. Around 8:45 p.m. deputies responded to a motor vehicle accident in the town. It is alleged that Rose was operating the motor vehicle while intoxicated. She was transported to the Sheriff’s Office for processing. She was issued tickets to appear in the town of Portland Court at a later date.
– HANOVER – Justice Farnham, 24, of Gowanda was charged Tuesday around 9:30 p.m. with fourth-degree criminal mischief. It is alleged that while in a restaurant on Routes 5 & 20 she had broken a toilet handle in the women’s bathroom and purposefully clogged it with large amounts of toilet paper. She will appear in the town of Hanover Court at a later date and time to answer to this charge.
JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
— Luis A. Deleon Lopez was charged Tuesday, with fourth-degree grand larceny, fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree harassment, first-degree criminal contempt, and second-degree criminal trespass. According to police, at about 2:25 a.m., officers responded to a report of a domestic dispute at a Southside residence. Officers learned that Lopez allegedly had taken two cell phones from the victim, preventing the victim from contacting 911. He also allegedly entered the victim’s house, without permission, and threatened to damage property which violated an order of protection held by the victim. Deleon Lopez was taken into custody, and taken to Jamestown City Jail, and will be in Jamestown City Court later.
— Georgeanna Ribbing, 49, of Jamestown, was charged Tuesday with second-degree harassment, and first-degree criminal contempt. According to police, at about 11:31 p.m., officers responded to a Southside residence for a report of a domestic dispute. Upon arrival officers learned that Ribbing violated an order of protection which protected the victim from physical contact. Ribbing was placed into custody without incident and was taken to city jail, and will be in city court later.
— Dioscelin E. Rodriguez, 37, of Jamestown was charged Wednesday with having an outstanding warrant, resisting arrest, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and tampering with physical evidence. According to police, officers were patrolling the area of East Sixth and Fulton streets, when officers observed Rodriguez. Officers conducted a street check of Rodriguez which resulted in a very brief foot pursuit. Rodriguez was found to be in possession of a quantity of fentanyl. Rodriguez was placed into custody, and while being taken to the city jail, Rodriguez allegedly attempted to discard the quantity of fentanyl in the back seat of the patrol car. Rodriguez will be in city court later.
