JAMESTOWN POLICE

– Zachery Vorse, 22, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree criminal contempt at 6 p.m. Friday after officers responded to a south side home for a reported violation of an order of protection. Upon arrival, officers made contact with Vorse, who was allegedly at the residence of a person protected by an order of protection issued by Jamestown City Court. Vorse was charged and taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE

– Kayla L. Josephson, 37, of Jamestown was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny at 2:14 p.m. Sept. 7 after Lakewood-Busti police officers responded to a reported soplifting at the Lakewood TJMaxx store. Josephson allegedly had stolen items valued at more than $1,000. Josephson will be in Busti Town Court later.

– Diane G. Foulk, 61, of Jamestown was charged with petit larceny at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 6 after responding to a reported shoplifted in custody report at the Lakewood Walmart. Foulk will be in Busti Town Court later.

– Nikita R. Haskins, 27, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree assault at 9 p.m. Friday at Stateline Speedway after officers responded to a reported assault. Haskins was allegedly seen charging another person and then allegedly assaulted the woman, causing injury. Responding officers were able to break up the fight. Haskins was given an appearance ticket to be in Busti Town Court later.
