JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

– Christopher A. Calhoun, 36, of Jamestown was charged Tuesday with first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment. It is alleged that Calhoun was at a residence of a person who had an Order of Protection against him and threatened the individual. He was taken into custody around 8:50 p.m. and placed in the city jail, pending arraignment.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

– HANOVER – Vincent E. Tundo, 71, and Jaralyn E. Majak, 36, were both charged with first-degree criminal contempt, while Tundo was additionally charged with second-degree harassment and Majak was additionally charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief Wednesday. It is alleged that both Tundo and Majak were involved in an altercation around 5:40 p.m. at 12168 Alleghany Road and they both knowingly and intentionally violated an Order of Protection. Tundo allegedly struck another person while Majak allegedly damaged another person’s property. They were taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for Centralized Arraignment.
