CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT

— DEWITTVILLE — Deputies responded to a single vehicle auto accident on Bayview Road at 7:02 p.m. Wednesday. Upon arrival deputies did notice a vehicle up on the grass with one occupant receiving medical attention. The driver was identified as Cal C. Neurohr, 28, of Stockton. Deputies did notice multiple empty beer cans in the vehicle and upon questioning the driver did admit to having a couple fireball shooters prior to the crash. Neurohr was charged with DWI and failure to keep right and will be in Ellery town court later.

— SINCLAIRVILLE — Lyndon Raynor, 36, and Toni Long, 35, both of the village, allegedly were in an altercation on Aug. 21 with a subject who was struck and threatened. Both were charged with second-degree harassment and will be in Gerry court later.

WESTFIELD POLICE DEPARTMENT

— WESTFIELD — Richard A. Goodman III was charged with trespass, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.

At 7:55 a.m. Wednesday, the Westfield Police Department responded to a report of an unwanted individual at the 7-Eleven store. Store management reported the male subject, identified as Goodman, had trespassed from the property prior to police arrival and was refusing to leave, causing a disturbance inside the store.

Officers arrived on scene and located Goodman. He was advised to leave the premises but refused to comply, became argumentative, and continued to disturb customers. When officers attempted to escort him from the store, Goodman became combative and actively resisted arrest. He was taken into custody and transported to the Westfield Police Department. He will be in town court later.
