JAMESTOWN
POLICE
– Zachary Vorse, 22, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree criminal contempt at 6:09 p.m. Monday after officers responded to a southside address for a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, officers determined that Vorse had allegedly violated a valid stay-away order of protection by being present at residence. He was charged and taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned.
– Pedro J. Cruz, 42, of Jamestown was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree criminal contempt at 6:20 p.m. Monday after officers responded to a reported domestic incident on the south side of Jamestown. Cruz allegedly damaged property during the course of the dispute. Police also report there was a valid order of protection in place between Cruz and the victim. Cruz was charged and taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned.
– Robert Brown, 50, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree robbery, two counts of first-degree criminal contempt, petit larceny, as well as a felony arrest warrant and a probation warrant after officers responded to a west side address at 2:14 p.m. Monday. A person said they had a full stay away order of protection against Brown. While investigating the incident, Brown allegedly walked into the apartment while police were present. Brown arrested for allegedly violating the order of protection without incident. Brown allegedly forcibly stole items belonging to the victim. Brown was also found to have a felony arrest warrant out of Jamestown City Court as well as a probation warrant. Brown was taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI
POLICE
– Jawan D. Flenoy, 51, was found to have a fugitive from justice warrant after Lakewood-Busti police pulled a vehicle over for a traffic stop at 2:45 a.m. Tuesday on Fairmount Avenue near Fairwood Drive. Flenoy allegedly had a full extradition warrant from Cuyahoga County in Cleveland. Flenoy was arrested and taken to the Chautauqua County Jail until an extradition hearing is held.
