JAMESTOWN POLICE
– Kassandra M. Lawson, 33, of Jamestown was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief at 12:48 a.m. Monday after officers on routine patrol downtown allegedly saw her removing flowers from a city-owned planter and discarding them onto the sidewalk for no apparent reason. Lawson was charged and taken to the city jail before being released with an appearance ticket.
– Amanda C. Andrews, 41, of Jamestown was charged with DWI, aggravated DWI per se, failure to stop at a stop sign, moving from lane unsafely and improper turn at 2:20 a.m. Sunday after officers allegedly saw a vehicle on East Second Street commit several traffic infractions. Officers pulled the vehicle over and found Andrews was allegedly intoxicated. She was taken to the city jail, where her blood alcohol content was allegedly found to be more than three times the legal limit. Andrews was released with tickets to be in Jamestown City Court later.
– Adam C. Logue, 22, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment and second-degree criminal contempt at 1:15 p.m. Aug. 13 after officers responded to a south side residence for a past-tense domestic incident. A person said Logue allegedly called and messaged numerous times in violation of a valid order of protection issued by Jamestown City Court. Logue was charged and taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
– Marvin D. Troyer, 23, of Middlefield, Ohio, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, unlicensed operator, DWI and DWAI at 9:30 p.m. Sunday after deputies pulled a vehicle over in the town of Chautauqua for a traffic violation. Troyer will be in Chautauqua Town Court later.
– Kaylee E. Lamanna, 33, of Fairport was charged with failure to stop at a stop sign and DWI at 10:38 p.m. Saturday after deputies pulled a vehicle over on Alleghany Road and Iola Drive for an alleged traffic violation. Lamanna will be in Hanover Town Court later.
– Jamie L. Schoener, 46 of Pomfret was charged with second-degree criminal trespass at 2:16 p.m. Sunday after deputies responded to an address on Fredonia-Stockton Road, Pomfret, for a possible trespass. Schoener allegedly entered a dwelling and remained unlawfully. Schoener was charged and will be in Pomfret Town Court later.
