JAMESTOWN POLICE

– Yolanda A. Wright, 44, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree harassment and second-degree criminal contempt at 2 a.m. Tuesday after officers responded to an east side home for a reported violation of an order of protection. Wright allegedly threatened another persian in violation of an order of protection. Wright was found a short time later, was charged and taken to the city jail until she could be arraigned.

– Ethan A. Crichton, 32, and Christine L. Weise, 36, both of Jamestown were charged with three counts endangering the welfare of a child at 12:52 a.m. Tuesday after officers responded to a West Sixth Street home for a reported domestic dispute. Crichton and Weise were allegedly allowing a 14, 13, and 10 year old to live in deplorable conditions. The home allegedly showed a build up of clutter, mold inside the kitchen and fridge, and abundance of human and animal feces inside of all the rooms, including on the walls. Crichton and Weise were both taken into custody and taken to the city jail until they could be arraigned. The children were removed from the home and CPS was made aware of the incident.

– Brayden L. Pratt, 18, of Jamestown was charged with resisting arrest and a traffic citation at 3:30 a.m. Tuesday after officers patrolling on the east side of the city allegedly saw a man looking inside of the windows of parked cars on Spring Street near Love Elementary School. Officers reported trying to make contact with the man, who then took off on a bicycle and led police on a short chase before officers caught the man. Pratt was taken to the city jail and later released with an appearance ticket.
