ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT

— Lyndsi S. Larson, 40 , of Celoron, was charged with petit larceny on June 10 at 12:30 p.m. Ellicott Town Police responded to a shoplifting complaint at Target, located at 975 Fairmount Ave., where Larson allegedly took merchandise and left the store without paying for the items. Larson was issued an appearance ticket. Larson is due to be in the Town Court later.

— Cameron S. Davis, 24 , of Jamestown was charged with second-degree menacing at about 4 p.m. on June 18. Officers responded to a person with a weapon where Davis allegedly displayed a handgun during a dispute. Davis was located at Falconer Park and the alleged weapon displayed was found to be a BB gun. Officers took Davis into custody and released him with a ticket. Davis is due to be in town court at a later date.

— Joshua R. Skinner, 19 , of Celoron was charged with petit larceny on June 25 at about 12:30 p.m. Ellicott Town police said officers responded to a shoplifting incident at Wegmans, located at 945 Fairmount Ave., where Skinner took allegedly took merchandise and left without paying. Skinner turned himself in at the Ellicott Police Department station and was issued a ticket to be in town court at a later date.

— Scott A. Dickerson, 57 , of Celoron was charged with second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief at about 2:34 p.m. on June 20. Police said officers responded to an in-progress domestic dispute, where Dickerson allegedly shoved the victim to the ground, and damaged the victim’s personal property. Dickerson was taken into custody and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment. Dickerson is scheduled to appear in town court at a later date.

— Melissa E. Sweeney, 52 , of Celoron was charged with petit larceny, and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. According to police, officers responded to a larceny complaint reporting a stolen cell phone, where Sweeney was allegedly found with the phone in her possession. Sweeney will be in town court later.

— Zhane S. Foster, 23 , of Jamestown was charged with petit larceny on June 26 at about 6 p.m. According to police, officers responded to a larceny complaint in the village of Falconer where Foster allegedly took money from a cash drawer on several dates. Foster was arrested and released, and will appear in town court at a later date.

— Michael L. Morley, 28 , of Jamestown was charged with petit larceny on June 27 at about 10:30 a.m. Ellicott Police said officers responded to a shoplifting at Target, located at 975 Fairmount Ave., where Morley allegedly concealed items and passed the point of purchase without paying. Morley will be in town court later.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

— Two women are facing seventh-degree criminal possession of controlled substance charge after a traffic stop Tuesday morning. Officers report at 12:37 a.m., they stopped a vehicle for an observed traffic infraction in the area of West Fourth and Clinton streets. Through investigation, it was found that Desiray J. Corrigan, 42, a passenger of the vehicle, was in possession of a quantity of fentanyl. It was also found that Larissa A. Pavlock, 27, another passenger, was in possession of a quantity of cocaine. Both were placed into custody and transported to the Jamestown City Jail without incident.

DUNKIRK POLICE DEPARTMENT

— Javier A. Colon, 50, of Dunkirk, was arrested June 18 and charged with second-degree unlawful imprisonment and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

— Angel G. Ramos, 25, of Dunkirk, was arrested June 21 and charged with petit larceny.

— Christopher Stercula, 36, of Dunkirk, was arrested June 23 and charged with petit larceny and trespass.

— Jesus M. Ramos, Jr., 50, of Dunkirk, was arrested June 23 and charged with second-degree assault, fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
