JAMESTOWN POLICE

– Athena M. Partyka, 22, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, third-degree criminal tampering and resisting arrest at 5:30 a.m. June 17 after officers responded to a panic alarm at a downtown address. Upon arrival, officers reportedly found Partyka inside the business displaying erratic behavior. Following an investigation, it was determined that Partyka had caused $1,000 in damages to the property. When informed that she was being charged, Partyka allegedly briefly resisted arrest before being taken into custody. She was charged and taken to the city jail until she could be arraigned.

– Christine Park, 39, of Jamestown and Joseph Davis, 44, of Cattaraugus were each charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance while Davis was cited for a traffic violation at 1:40 a.m. Monday after officers pulled a vehicle over for traffic violations. Davis allegedly had an active arrest warrant through the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office. Park was allegedly found in possession of 1 gram of methamphetamine while an additional .8 grams of methamphetamine were allegedly found in the vehicle. Davis and Park were both charged and taken to the city jail until they could be arraigned. Davis was turned over to the Sheriff’s Office.

– David A. Blakey and Steven J. Bates, both of Jamestown were charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and two counts of second-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia at 7:29 p.m. Sunday after officers responded to a reported suspicious vehicle in the driveway of a south side residence possibly using illegal drugs. Upon arrival, officers made contact with Bates and Blakey. While speaking with the subjects in the vehicle, officers could allegedly see numerous items related to drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle. Officers subsequently conducted a search of the vehicle and located a quantity of methamphetamine, fentanyl, cutting agents and a digital scale. Blakey was also allegedly found with fentanyl that was individually packaged. Both were taken to the city jail until they could be arraigned.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE

– Kristine M. Seeley was charged with second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child after officers responded to Stateline Speedway for a report of women fighting. It’s alleged Seeley hig a youth. She was charged and will be in Busti Town Court later.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

– Al Hussein Albaneh, 20, of Dearborn, Mich., was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, unlawful fleeing of a police officer, reckless driving, speeding and passing on the left at 9 a.m. Saturday after deputies tried to pull a vehicle over after seeing the driver allegedly commit several vehicle and traffic violations on Route 60 in Kiantone. The driver led police on a chase into the town of Carroll that ended when the driver pulled into the yard of a residence and crashed into a parked vehicle. Albaneh was charged and will be in Carroll and Kiantone town courts later.
