JAMESTOWN POLICE

– Anna M. Raynor, 57, of Jamestown was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 6:17 p.m. Sunday after police patrolling the south side of Jamestown reportedly saw Raynor walking knowing there was an active arrest warrant issued by Jamestown City Court. Raynor was taken to the city jail, where police allegedly found a methamphetamine and fentanyl mixture. Raynor was kept in the city jail until she could be arraigned.

– Christopher S. Haberberger, 40, of Jamestown was charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest at 6:18 a.m. Friday after officers patrolling the downtown area saw Haberberger knowing he had an arrest warrant for failure to appear in court. Officers reportedly attempted to arrest Haberberger but were led on a brief foot pursuit. Upon arrest, officers allegedly found Haberberger in possession of a quantity of crack cocaine and suboxone. Haberberger was held in the Jamestown City Jail on the existing warrant and the new charges until he could be arraigned.

– Stanley M. Walk, 29, of Jamestown was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a weapon and four counts of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon at 12:08 a.m. Monday after officers responded to a north side home for a report of a person with a weapon. Upon arrival, officers on the scene report seeing several people in front of the address. Upon making contact with the group, officers then report seeing a man later identified as Walk conceal himself behind a bush before walking back out to officers. Officers quickly checked the immediate area where Walk had been and allegedly found a ghost firearm with a high capacity feeding device and a mechanism to make the firearm fully automatic. Walk was charged without incident and taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned.

– Aaron Johnson, 30, of Jamestown was charged with first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment at 8:40 a.m. Monday after officers responded to a north side address for a reported domestic dispute. According to a police report, investigation showed Johnson allegedly made verbal threats to harm a woman. The woman was additionally found to be a protected party in an order of protection against Johnson. Officers charged placed without incident and he was taken to the Jamestown City Jail until he could be arraigned.

– Robert BD Brinkley, 26, of Jamestown was charged with resisting arrest, first-degree robbery and petit larceny at 10:13 a.m. Monday. According to a police report, officers responded to an intersection on the east side of Jamestown for a domestic dispute. It was determined that no domestic dispute occurred but officers were aware of pending charges of first-degree robbery and petit larceny for Brinkley. As officers began to place Brinkley into custody, he allegedly pulled away and tried to run from officers. After a very brief struggle, he was placed into custody. Brinkley was taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

– CHAUTAUQUA -Anthony M. Dudley, 35, of Mayville was charged Sunday with second-degree criminal trespass. It is alleged that around 12:15 p.m. he unlawfully entered a town residence. He was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
