JAMESTOWN POLICE

– Tammy S. Oldro, 51, of Jamestown was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief at 10:20 p.m. Thursday after officers responded to an address on the north side of Jamestown for the report of a domestic incident. Oldro allegedly damaged property during the incident. Oldro was charged and taken to the city jail until she could be arraigned.

– Anthony V. Rivera, 19, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon at 10:26 p.m. Thursday after officers conducting a GIVE Probation detail responded to a residence on the north side for a probation check. During the investigation, they discovered that Rivera allegedly had a large-capacity feeding device along with a number of bullets. Rivera was charged and taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE

– ASHVILLE – Three Ashville residents were charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child at 3 p.m. June 6 after officers received an anonymous complaint regarding the welfare of two small children allegedly living in unsanitary conditions at 2329 Route 394, Ashville. Police report making contact with Tomas Meredith, 31, and asked about the well-being of children living in the home. With permission officers inspected the interior of the home and, according to a police report, were overwhelmed by a strong, foul odor and saw unsanitary living conditions. According to the police report, garbage was strewn across floors, piled against the walls and covered kitchen counters; cockroaches were seen covering the inside of the front door; the apartment was full of flies; and animal feces was present throughout the remaining exposed flooring. Meredith, Susan M. Berryhill, 27, and Susan M. Berryhill, 50, were all charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and released with appearance tickets to be in Busti Town Court later.

– Kayla M. Lutgen was charged with petit larceny at 6:14 p.m. Thursday after officers responded to the Lakewood Walmart for a reported in-progress shoplifting. Lutgen allegedly attempted to shoplift $333.14 worth of store merchandise. She will be in Busti Town Court later.

– Kevin H. Cleary, 60, of Jamestown was charged with petit larceny after he was allegedly caught shoplifting from the Lakewood Walmart. Cleary will be in Busti Town Court later.

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

RANDOLPH – Mary Jo Lindberg, 59, of Randolph was charged Wednesday with third-degree grand larceny and third-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. She will answer to the charges in Randolph Town Court at a later date.
