JAMESTOWN POLICE
– James R. Wall, 44, of Jamestown was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 12:20 a.m. Thursday after city police officers on patrol saw Wall walking near East Second and Winsor streets knowing Wall had active felony arrest warrants from Jamestown City Court. Wall was allegedly found in possession of suboxone as well. Wall was taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned.
– Kenneth L. Trask, 42, of Jamestown was charged with petit larceny at 5:58 p.m. Tuesday after officers responded to the 7-Eleven store at 518 N. Main St. for a shoplifting complaint. Officers took a description of the man and were told by store employees that he had allegedly taken a 24-ounce Steel Reserve beer can from the store. Trask was allegedly found near the store, charged and taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned.
– Natanion B.D. Klein, 26, of Jamestown was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child at 5:27 p.m. Tuesday after officers responded to a report of lost children on the city’s south side. Officers spoke with bystanders who located two toddlers that had been walking in the middle of the street, and were almost struck by a vehicle. Officers were able to locate the children’s father, Natanion B.D. Klein. It was discovered that the children had wandered off from the residence and were away for more than 20 minutes before Klein attempted to locate them. Klein was charged and taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned.
– William C. Lemur, 42, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree assault at 1:26 a.m. Tuesday after officers responded to a south side home for a reported domestic incident. Leamer allegedly hit a person in the face, causing physical injury. Leamer was taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY’S OFFICE
John Tenamore, 44, of Dunkirk, was sentenced Monday in Chautauqua County Court by Judge David W. Foley to an indeterminate state prison sentence of 3-6 years after being convicted of third-degree burglary. Tenamore was arraigned in March 2024 on charges of second-degree burglary for an incident that occurred in May 2021 in the town of Pomfret. On Sept. 5, 2024 Tenamore pleaded guilty to the lesser burglary charge.

— Christian Marrero, 36, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 20 and charged with petit larceny.
— Kevin DeJesus-Rivera, 33, homeless, was arrested May 20 and charged with petit larceny.
— Alexander Santiago, 50, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 21 and charged with petit larceny. He was also arrested May 27 and charged with tampering with physical evidence and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
— Thomas Majkowski, 49, homeless, was arrested May 21 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt.
— Marcus McCall, 36, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 22 and charged with petit larceny.
— Kimberly Ingram, 52, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 22 and charged with second- degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia and no driver’s side mirror.
— Ivan Soto, 52, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 22 and charged with operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.
— Jodi Messere, 45, no address listed, was arrested May 23 and charged with second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
— Lester Devaughn, no age listed, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 24 and charged with disorderly conduct.
— Luis Sanchez, 42, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 25 and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief.
— Morgan Eppinger, 24, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 30 and charged with grand larceny, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and two counts each of petit larceny and second-degree harassment.
— Jonathan Herdzik, 41, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 30 and charged with three counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
— Kellia Ramos-Henriquez, 26, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 30 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unregistered motor vehicle.
— Thomas Watson, 62, of Portland, was arrested May 29 and charged with disorderly conduct. He was also arrested May 31 and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief.
— Brittney Washington, 33, of Jamestown, was arrested May 31 and charged with criminal impersonation.
— Fernando Mercado Vazquez, 27, of Buffalo, was arrested June 1 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and speeding.
— Kristin Monsour, 38, of Dunkirk, was arrested June 1 and charged with fifth-degree arson and petit larceny.
— Elijah Rivera, 30, of Dunkirk, was arrested June 1 and charged with petit larceny.
— Corey Newlon, no age listed, of Dunkirk, was arrested June 2 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unsafe lane change.
— Nayromi Santiago, 29, of Dunkirk, was arrested June 2 and charged with two counts of second-degree harassment and a single count of disorderly conduct.
— Jessica Diaz-Hernandez, 45, homeless, was arrested June 2 and charged with second-degree attempted burglary, possession of burglar’s tools, third-degree criminal trespass, and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
— Nathan Steinhoff, 25, of Stockton, was arrested June 2 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and no turn signal.
— Angel Gonzalez-Colon, 25, of Dunkirk, was arrested June 3 and charged with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation.
— Santos Gonzalez, 71, homeless, was arrested June 4 and charged with second-degree harassment and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration.
