JAMESTOWN POLICE
– Ashley E. Lindgren, 30, of Jamestown was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny at 9:36 a.m. Friday after officers responded to a past-tense larceny complaint at an address on the east side. Upon arrival, they spoke with the man. It’s alleged Lindgren had taken property that did not belong to her. Lindgren was present at the scene when the officers arrived and was charged without incident. She was taken to the city jail, arraigned and released with an appearance ticket to be in Jamestown City Court later.
ELLICOTT POLICE
– Sarah E. Rodriguez, 31, of Ellicott was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child on May 17 at 12:41 a.m. after police responded to a domestic dispute where it is alleged an officer saw Rodriguez punch a man while holding a small child. The incident allegedly took place in full-view of a second child. Rodriguez was charged and issued an appearance ticket to be in court later.
– Devin S. Fuller, 29 , of Falconer was charged with third-degree assault, criminal obstruction of breathing or blood flow and second-degree obstructing governmental administration at 3 p.m. April 29 after officers responded to a reported domestic dispute where it is alleged Fuller hit a person multiple times in the head causing injury along with putting his hands around the other person’s neck, causing obstruction of breathing. Fuller was charged and taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for a centralized arraignment. Fuller will be in court later.
– Shaun M. Cook, 47, of Jamestown was charged with petit larceny at 2:36 p.m. April 24 after police responded to a shoplifting complaint where it is alleged that Cook removed store property from a West Ellicott retail store without paying. Cook was issued an appearance ticket to be in court later.
– Steven M. Sandberg, 41, of Falconer was charged with endangering the welfare of a child on April 24 at 12:02 a.m. after police responded to a suspicious situation where it is alleged a child in Sandberg’s custody was found wandering alone outside. Neighbors found the child and notified Ellicott police, who returned the child home a short time later. Sandberg was issued an appearance ticket to be in Ellicott Town Court later.
– Tabitha J. Delahoy, 36 , of Busti was charged with felony first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and five other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations at 1:16 a.m. May 9 after officers responded to Route 60, where it is alleged an officer saw Delahoy operating a vehicle with a license plate belonging to another vehicle. Officers pulled the vehicle over and Delahoy was allegedly found to have a suspended New York state driver’s license. Delahoy was taken to the Ellicott Police Department for processing and issued a ticket to be in Ellicott Town Court later.
– Richard A. Goodman, 39, of Falconer was charged with second-degree harassment on April 29 at 1:30 p.m. after Ellicott police responded to a disorderly person at the Budget Inn, where it is alleged Goodman dug his fingernails into a person. Goodman was charged and given a ticket to be in Ellicott Town Court later.
– Conner A. Dale, 18, of Jamestown and Austin R. Sample, 22, of Jamestown were charged with possession of burglar tools, third-degree criminal tampering and petit larceny at 1:18 a.m. May 12 after officers on a routine patrol found a disabled vehicle on the side of the road. While investigating the incident, Dale and Sample allegedly tried to siphon gas out of a 2001 F-450 in attempt to use that truck’s fuel to fuel their disabled vehicle. Dale and Sample were issued appearance tickets to be in court later.
– Douglas E. Puckett, 38, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree harassment on May 12 at 11:35 a.m. after officers responded to a domestic incident where it is alleged that Puckett spat in his girlfriend’s face and smacked a drink out of her hand. Puckett was taken to the Ellicott Police Department for processing and then to the Chautauqua County Jail for a centralized arraignment. He will be in court later.
– Shyron Campbell, 39, of Ellicott was charged with second-degree harassment, first-degree criminal contempt, endangering the welfare of a child and resisting arrest at 8:05 p.,m. May 2 after officers responded to a domestic incident at an Ellicott hotel where it is alleged Campbell grabbed a woman by the arm as she was holding a child. Campbell allegedly resisted arrest with officers and was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for a centralized arraignment. Campbell will be in court later.
– Dustin Reagan, 40, of Ellicott was charged with second-degree menacing, fourth-degree criminal mischief and third-degree assault at 9:45 a.m. May 13 after officers investigated a domestic incident at Reagan’s residence where it was alleged Reagan repeatedly struck and threw down a woman causing minor injuries, as well as damaged her cellphone. Reagan was booked at the Ellicott Police Department and later taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for a centralized arraignment. Reagan will be in court later.
– Lydia J. Davis, 34, of Jamestown was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated- .18% BAC or higher on May 12 at 1:37 p.m. after Ellicott police responded to vehicle complaint where it is alleged Davis was driving erratically on Fairmount Avenue. An officer found the vehicle Davis was operating and allegedly saw numerous traffic violations. The officer pulled the vehicle over and Davis was charged. She will be in court alter.
– Joseph A. Snyder, 40, of Jamestown was charged with petit larceny on April 30. It’s alleged Snyder was looking in house windows and backyards in Jamestown. Once Snyder was identified by Jamestown police officers, Snyder was found to have a confirmed arrest warrant from the town of Ellicott. Snyder was detained by Jamestown police until Ellicott police responded. Snyder was taken to the Ellicott Police Department and given an appearance ticket to be in Ellicott Town Court later.
