JAMESTOWN POLICE

– Scott E. Moore, 50, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree criminal possession of cannabis at 4:07 a.m. Thursday after officers on patrol in the area of the Washington Street bridge saw Moore walking knowing he had a warrant from Jamestown City Court for failing to appear in court. Moore was allegedly found to be in possession of a large quantity of cannabis. Moore was taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned.

– Morgan E. Ryder, 27, of Jamestown was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 11:28 p.m. Wednesday after officers patrolling the area of Forest Avenue and Terrace Place checked two people on an electric bicycle after a violation of Jamestown City Code. One of the people, Ryder, was wanted by the Jamestown City Court for failing to appear. Officers placed Ryder into custody and allegedly found a small quantity of methamphetamine. Ryder was taken to the city jail until she could be arraigned.

– Dakota J. Raymond, 27, of Jamestown was charged with fourth-degree felony criminal possession of a controlled substance after officers patrolling the area of Forest and Prather avenues allegedly saw Raymond knowing Raymond had an outstanding warrant from Jamestown City Court. Raymond was arrested and taken to the city jail, where he was allegedly found in possession of cocaine. Raymond was held pending arraignment.

– Raymond C. Brown, 47, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree criminal trespass after officers responded to the east side of the city for a reported trespassing complaint at 4:40 p.m. Wednesday. Brown was allegedly illegally in a condemned residence. Brown was taken to the city jail before being released to be in court later.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE

– Carlos M. Pagan, 58, of Lakewood was charged with first-degree felony aggravated unlicensed operation, operating without insurance, unlicensed operation, unregistered motor vehicle, improper plates, uninspected motor vehicle and improper front windshield at 11 a.m. May 25 after officers pulled a vehicle over on East Fairmount Avenue for a traffic violation. Pagan was issued traffic tickets to be in Busti Town Court later. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
