JAMESTOWN POLICE

– Tre L. Frank, 30, of Jamestown was charged with endangering the welfare of a child at 8:24 p.m. Thursday after officers responding to an unrelated emergency call found a young child in the middle of Lakeview Avenue with no parents around. According to a police report Frank was in charge of taking care of his 4-year-old child when the child got out of the house and was found walking down the middle of Lakeview Avenue in a diaper and shirt. The child was eventually reunited with family and Frank was charged and taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned.

– Dennis J. Harmon Jr., 40, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree assault at 5:55 p.m. Thursday after officers responded to a reported domestic incident on the city’s north side. Harmon allegedly engaged in a physical altercation with another person that caused physical injury. Harmon was charged and taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned.
