COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
-- SHERIDAN -- On March 15 at around 3:04 p.m., deputies received a complaint of a trespass at an address on Route 20. Through an investigation, it was found that Karen F. Sosinski, 56, of Sheridan, did enter and remain unlawfully inside of a dwelling, and while inside damaged and removed property.
An arrest warrant for Sosinski was obtained through the Town of Sheridan Court charging her with second-degree burglary, fourth-degree criminal mischief, petit larceny, and third-degree criminal tampering. On Friday at around 12:30 p.m., sheriff's arrested Sosinski and transported her to the Chautauqua County Jail to be arraigned in the Centralized Arraignment Program.
