JAMESTOWN POLICE
– Two city residents face charges after a traffic stop at 1:54 a.m. Thursday on Washington Street near West Fourth Street. According to a police report, the operator of the vehicle was identified as Casey R. Penhollow, and a passenger of the vehicle was identified as Alvin J. Jusino. Penhollow allegedly had an active arrest warrant through the Jamestown Police Department, and Jusino allegedly had an active warrant through the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office. Jusino, according to police, was wearing a ski mask, and while attempting to remove the mask to confirm his identity, Jusino allegedly pinned his head on the vehicle, preventing officers from removing the mask. A search of Jusino then allegedly yielded a small quantity of methamphetamine. Jusino was taken to the city jail and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree obstructing governmental administration. Penhollow was taken to the city jail and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and traffic citations.
