- RIPLEY - Tolebi Issakov, no age or address provided, was charged Sunday night with petit larceny. It is alleged that Issakov stole a shirt from a store at the Love’s Travel Center, located on Shortman Road. Issakov will appear at the Town of Ripley court at a later date.
