ELLICOTT POLICE

– John K. Larsen, 66, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child on July 29. Ellicott police responded to a domestic disturbance where it is alleged Larsen harassed the victim resulting in a violation of an active order of protection. Larsen was charged and taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for a centralized arraignment. Larsen will be in Ellicott Town Court later.

– Carl J Silsby Sr, 35, of Jamestown was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and one count of fourth-degree criminal mischief on Aug. 2. Ellicott police officers responded to a domestic dispute where it is alleged Silsby acted in a manner that ended up destroying public property and endangering the welfare of a child. Silsby was charged and released with an appearance ticket. Silsby will be in Ellicott Town Court later.

– Tayler Treadway, 28, and Jacquelyn Hayes, 33, both of Jamestown, were charged with petit larceny on Aug. 3 at 1:30 p.m. Ellicott police officers responded to a past-tense larceny complaint, where it is alleged that on multiple dates the women took items from the store and left without paying for the items. Both Treadway and Hayes were issued appearance tickets and will be in Ellicott Town Court later.

JAMESTOWN POLICE

– Alexander Isaac, 29, of Dunkirk was charged with second-degree criminal mischief and third-degree criminal tampering at 7:45 a.m. Sunday after officers responded to UPMC Chautauqua, 207 Foote Ave., for a reported disorderly person. Upon further investigation, it was determined Isaac had allegedly damaged hospital property. Alexander was charged and taken to the city jail until he could be arraigned.

– Kayla L. Jung, 34, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree assault at 8:37 p.m. Aug. 1 after officers responded to a south side address for a reported physical domestic dispute in progress. Officers arrived on scene and through investigation it was determined that Kayla L. Jung was in an argument with a victim and struck the victim with an object in the side of the head. Jung caused physical injury to the victim. Jung was arrested and transported to the city jail until she could be arraigned.

GOWANDA POLICE

— GOWANDA — A Buffalo woman faces charges after a disturbance in the village of Gowanda.

Traci Egana, 41, was allegedly involved in a disturbance at a Buffalo Street business on Monday, July 22, just before 1 a.m. Gowanda Police was notified that Egana previously resided with the other subject of the disturbance.

Gowanda Police later discovered Egana was in violation of a stay away order of protection from Family Court regarding the other subject. Egana was arrested for Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree for violating the order of protection.

Egana was arraigned in the Town of Collins Court and later released on her own recognizance to return to court at a later date.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE

– Edward L. Winans, 46, of Busti-Stillwater Road, Jamestown, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment after at 11 p.m. Sunday after officers responded to a report of an in-progress domestic incident on Busti-Stillwater Road. Winans allegedly pushed a person into a bathtub causing injury in the presence of young children. Winans was charged and taken to the county jail until he could be arraigned.
