CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

– PERRYSBURG – Three people are facing drug charges following a police raid.

According to deputies, on June 12, the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force executed a search warrant on Gun Parker Drive in the town of Perrysburg. During the search of the residence, officers allegedly discovered a quantity of crack cocaine, fentanyl and drug paraphernalia.

Naomi Lindgren, 45, of Gun Parker Road, Perrysburg and Amir Banks, 23, were charged with second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of criminal third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and criminally using drug paraphernalia.

Elyse Logan, 36, of VanVleck Road, Perrysburg was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Lindgren and Banks were arraigned and both held in the Cattaraugus County Jail. Logan was processed and released on an appearance ticket.

The Olean Street Crimes Unit and the Cattaraugus County Special Response Team assisted in the investigation.

– DAYTON – Gary Crispin, 44, of Cottage Road, South Dayton was charged Tuesday with second-degree criminal contempt after reports of a domestic incident. He was released on an appearance ticket.

COLDSPRING – Dakota Baker, 31, of Ellicott Street, Jamestown was charged Saturday, just before midnight, with driving while ability impaired by drugs and other traffic violations. He was released on an appearance ticket.
