JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

– Jeremy M. Rogers, 23, of Jamestown was arrested and charged with four counts of endangering the welfare of a child following an incident Monday morning. Officers responded at 3:53 a.m. Monday to a south side residence to check on the welfare of an individual. Officers allege that Rogers was heavily intoxicated, and the state of the residence was “deplorable.” Officers report that they observed four children, sleeping in close proximity, to dog and human feces. Officers report that Child Protection Services removed the children, and the Jamestown Department of Development condemned the building after Rogers was transported to the city jail pending arraignment.

– Hipolito J. Pacheco Jr., 61, resident of Jamestown, was arrested and charged with second-degree menacing and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon following an incident which took place Wednesday morning.

Officers responded to a southside residence for a report of a disorderly individual at 3:55 a.m. Officers report speaking to the victim who alleges that Pacheco threatened her with physical violence while swinging a wooden baseball bat at her. Officers allege that Pacheco is a four-time convicted felon, and because of that he was criminally charged.
