CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
– PORTLAND – Anthony R. Johnson, 34, of West Seneca was charged Thursday morning with second-degree criminal trespass. At about 5:30 a.m. deputies responded to an address on Route 20 in the town of Portland for a suspicious male inside a residence sleeping, later identified as Johnson. He was arrested and released on an appearance ticket to appear in the Portland Town Court on a later date.
CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
– SOUTH DAYTON – Jayden Klimowicz, 21, of Orchard Meadows Drive, Irving was taken into custody Monday on a bench warrant. He was taken to South Dayton Court and later released on his own recognizance.
THREE INJURED IN DUNKIRK
STABBING INCIDENT
A suspect was in custody and injured after a pair of early morning stabbings in the city of Dunkirk.
Dunkirk Police Department said it responded to 123 Lake Shore Drive West, Apartment C around 3:30 a.m. Thursday. Upon arrival, a suspect was located inside the apartment who was connected to the stabbing of two victims. The suspect was taken into custody.
The victims and suspect were then transported to Brooks-TLC Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries sustained during the attack. The suspect was later transported to UPMC Chautauqua in Jamestown. Once the suspect is released and charged, police said it will have more information.
Fredonia Police Department, Dunkirk Fire Department and Alstar Ambulance assisted city police.

— Josean Gutierrez, 36, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 21 and charged with second-degree unlawful imprisonment, second-degree reckless endangerment, second-degree obstruction of government administration, fourth-degree criminal mischief, resisting arrest, and second-degree harassment.
— Neisha Lockett, 33, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 22 and charged with second-degree harassment.
— Larry Brooks, 36, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 22 and charged with second-degree harassment.
— Jerry Small, 55, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 22 and charged with second-degree criminal mischief.
— Klarissa Foster, 33, of Silver Creek, was arrested May 23 and charged with petit larceny.
— Carlos Rivera Hernandez, 30, of Fredonia, was arrested May 23 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unlicensed operator of vehicle.
— Sonia Mosley, 36, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 23 and charged with two counts of petit larceny, two counts of resisting arrest and a single count of trespass.
— Benjamin Reed, 39, of Brocton, was arrested May 24 and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
— Vedran Juricevic, 33, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 24 and charged with petit larceny.
— Kelvin Pagan, 20, of Dunkirk, was arrested May 24 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, operating vehicle without insurance, unlicensed operator, and no/inadequate muffler.
— Derek Coombs, 37, homeless, was arrested May 25 and charged with trespass.
— Gerardo Andujar-Figueroa, 50, of Dunkirk, was arrested Monday and charged with first-degree criminal contempt, third-degree criminal mischief, and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
— Rodrigo Salazar, 30, of Dunkirk, was arrested Monday and charged with second-degree unlawful imprisonment and third-degree assault.
— Octavia Brown, 33, of Dunkirk, was arrested Tuesday and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
— Alexander Tylwalk, 32, of Dunkirk, was arrested Tuesday and charged with two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief.
— Jeffrey Treni, 57, of Dunkirk, was arrested Tuesday and charged with second-degree harassment.
— Jesus Santos-Gonzalez, 40, of Dunkirk, was arrested Tuesday and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation.
