JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
– Megan M. Truver, 30, of Jamestown and Thomas J. Mann, 32, of Jamestown were both charged with two counts of third-degree criminal trespassing and two counts of seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance recently. Officers conducting a walking patrol at 6:18 p.m. April 24 on Institute Street near East First Street, property owned by the Western New York and Pennsylvania Railroad LLC, allegedly found Truver and Mann trespassing. Officers report finding Truver and Mann with methamphetamine. Both Mann and Truver will be in court later.
