JAMESTOWN POLICE

— Dominique Z Barr, 25, of Jamestown was charged with first-degree criminal contempt and fourth-degree criminal mischief at 12:52 a.m. Tuesday after a domestic incident on Jamestown’s east side. According to a police report, Barr allegedly damaged property belonging to the victim. Barr also violated an Order of Protection which Barr is ordered to stay away from the victim. She was charged and taken to the city jail until she could be arraigned.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE

– Justin M. Holloway, 29, of Silver Creek was charged Saturday with Driving While Intoxicated, DWI per se and no tail lamps following a traffic stop Saturday around 1:10 a.m. on Lamphere Street, Dunkirk. He will answer to the charges in Dunkirk City Court at a later date.

CARROLL POLICE

— Brian T. Jones, 39, of Frewsburg and Brittany M. Morris, 32, of Frewsburg were charged with second-degree criminal contempt following an incident on Sunday. The Town of Carroll police officers were dispatched to a residence in the Village of Frewsburg for an alleged domestic dispute which happened at 8:00 a.m.

Officers who arrived on scene investigated the situation and reported that both Jones and Morris had “active “keep away orders” from each other, by court order, and that an alleged domestic dispute had occurred. Both Jones and Morris were transported to the county jail and held pending centralized arraignment. Carroll officers were assisted by Chautauqua County Sheriff’s deputies.
