LAKEWOOD – Jody K. Schurman, 60, of Lakewood was charged with driving while intoxicated and moving from lane unsafely following a staff stop Thursday at 10 p.m. on Elmcrest Avenue in the village. She was arrested and later released with tickets to appear in the Town of Busti Court for a later date and time.

PORTLAND – Kayla Pollino, 24, of Silver Creek was charged with unlawful dissemination/publication of an intimate image. On Feb. 27 the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office responded to a complaint in the town of Portland. As a result of this complaint, and through investigation, deputies allege that Pollino, 24 had disseminated the intimate images of another person without the individual’s consent. Pollino was arrested and charged on Monday and will appear in the Town of Hanover Court at a later date.
